ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
มีความรู้และเข้าใจอย่างถูกต้องในเรื่อง Data Structure, Algorithm, OOP, Coding, Design Patterns.
สามารถออกแบบหน้าตาของ application ตาม UX/UI ที่กาหนดมาได้ในทุก Device และทุกขนาดจอ
มีความรู้และเข้าใจอย่างถูกต้องในเรื่อง constraint layout ในการจัดการ UX/UI
มีความคุ้นเคยกับการใช้ Libraries/Tools เช่น Alamofire, Fastlane จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีความรู้และเข้าใจเรื่องการต่อ API รูปแบบ RESTful APIs,graphQL หรือเคยต่อ Socket IO (ถ้าเคยต่อ graphQL จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
สามารถทางานร่วมกับคนอื่นๆ ได้ดีในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ต้องการความรวดเร็วในการทางาน
มี Growth mindset พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ ชอบถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้ผู้อื่นและกล้ายอมรับข้อผิดพลาด
