* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar financial leadership position.
* 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
* Require CPD licenses
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree
* Qualification may be preferred for more senior roles.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate the finance team.
* Able to communicate in English
