Male or Female
Knowledge of different cuts and preparation of meat (beef, pork, poultry)
Experience as a Butcher is preferred
Experience breaking down a beef carcass is an asset
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and work ethic
Experience in specific technical butchery skills including portion cutting,cutting from primal and sub primal meat, utilization of all parts of the meat, prime cuts for grilling, roasting etc., and cleaning and grinding for sausages, burgers, etc.
Ability to communicate well in English |
