รายละเอียดงาน
1.Improve manufacturing operation (both Core and Support functions) by reducing Non-Value-added Activity through KAIZEN.
2.Support the development, implementation of the plant Lean Strategy, Lean Operating system
3.Conduct Lean training for continuous improvement, problem solving, data analysis, VSM, etc
4.Measure/Monitor plant result (Savings, Kaizen Progresses / Accomplishments) and provide management reporting and communication
5.Analyze manufacturing data or process information, work with team to solve complex problem and / or repeated issue
6.Coach and Mentor Lean team and Promote Lean activity, Facilitate Lean project
7.Implementing Continuous Improvement programs for labor, cost, inventory planning, quality, shipping, etc.
8.Organize and manage inventories, Kanban, JIT deliveries and WIP utilizing ERP system
9.Training employees on Continuous Improvement principles Implementing 5S System to organize the workplace
10.Organize and manage inventories, Kanban, JIT deliveries and WIP utilizing ERP system Drive Continuous Improvement culture and ensure changes are permanent.
11.Act and encourage safety, environment, quality and disciplinary awareness and compliance as well as any required by the company procedures or work regulation.
12.Other tasks assigned by superior.
13.Perform / support all assigned cross functional works.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Bachelor or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related filed.
A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Lean manufacturing experienced.
Experience leading Lean and CI programs in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in Lean and Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
If passing 1 piece flow experience will be an advantage.
Having a certified Lean master or Six Sigma Black Belt
Blithe to teach and influence others
Good ability in Computer skill (Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Team) |
